-mara gets me biosilk the day before for my bday present (greatly appreciated, my hair loves u)

-my mommy comes in my room and wakes me up with a kiss and a birthday greeting, as i tell her about the dream i had of her having 7 more baby girls

-my hubby's greets me happy birthday over the cell as i tell him about the dream i had of my mom having 7 more baby girls

-kim picks me up for drill team as i tell her about the dream i had of my mom having 7 more baby girls

-john greets me with a happy birthday and a hershey pie

-i get birthday greetings from the drill team, hugs as well, a distant hug from earnest, and a "special" birthday hug from terry

-as drill team raps up, i get an amazing surprise when ana and lady come around with a flaming birthday cake, greeted by my "oh shit!"
*note: dominican cake is the best cake. ever.

-me and my hubby go on an expedition to ihop in the cold cold, trying to take long ways to get there, and i don't know why

-greeted by ryan, maria, nim, andrea, kim, and maeann at ihop (yay for sushi kits, cereal, and stationary!)

-ihop waiters sing just for lucia!

-mom and dad each come home with birthday cakes (so lucia has had three birthday cakes today... and is very full)

-got birthday wishes from anne, anak, daughter, and my birthday twinnie, jane!

bottom line: i love my family. i love my hubby. i love my friends. i love the drill team. thank you for a special birthday.

(coming soon... nagging my parents to help me practice for my provisional!)

me: (holding a takeout menu) i'll say a number, and you guess the food! i'll even tell you the category... you each have three chances..

me: alright... let's see... appetizers... no. 7
pia: french fries?
me: nope. guess again.
katrina: dumplings?
me: which ones....? oh wait.. they're both the same number.. yay you win... 3.75 points!
katrina: why 3.75?
me: 'cuz thats how much it costs!

we played three more rounds... it was quite fun. katrina won..hehe. hope'll you join us in our next game!

look it's alive again.

had me a little day trip to LSC with my hubby...hehe... you had fun RIGHT?! =P ah well. had lotsa fun today... and too much fries.. you silly boy.

i watched bend it like beckham 3 times yesterday. why? because it's the best. why else? well, tanya knows why ~_^. she'z the only one that'll ever appreciate the movie like i do... buy me the soundtrack! lol.

meanwhile...
laura has the chicken pox =(. it's so sad... she's in so much pain... like a sick puppy. chris bought her some astronaut ice cream from lsc cuz she likes it.. aren't you a good person dahhling? =*

cleaned and cleaned and cleaned the house.... ate my lunch at 4 o'clock... boiled some chicken for my mom.
2 hours later.. mom calls and tells me i boiled the wrong chicken, bcuz the chicken i boiled apparently isn't good enough for pancit, so lucia boils more chicken.
30 minutes later... fire alarm goes off.. oh shoot the chicken's smoking... no chicken, you look okay to me, but u sure did blow off a lotta smoke. now theres a pretty thin white cloud of smoke in the middle of my kitchen. o0o0oh....

now lucia smells like chicken.

gonna go to my tita's house for new year's.. i guess i better enjoy it cuz it's the last time anyone's ever gonna spend new year's eve in that ol' house =(. why did they have to move why? lola will be far away...
someone buy me a house for me and lola... we'll chill together... just me and my gramz.. =D

honey.. i wish i could be spending new year's eve with you... @ the stroke of 12, run to the clock tower.. i'll be blowing you kisses from across the freeway!

bah! i got out of bed @ 1:30pm today... didn't touch my physics...bah!
made me a strawberry smoothie with laura, took a nice comfortable shower, then i got a call from my mom, asking me to fry porkchops for dinner.

so now, i smell like fried things... =/.

q: if i had as much money as ally hilfiger, would i buy expensive clothes 24/7?
a: well, not 24/7.. maybe every few weeks or so, cuz i think i'd still get a kick out of finding a good bargain. most people flaunt things that cost them thousands of dollars, and i like to let the whole world know that i bought my miniskirt and shower slippers for under four bucks.. =P
